West Stockbridge recorded 13 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, though sale prices have posted for only three so far, ranging from $536,000 to $1,500,000 with a median of $850,000. The period's top recorded sale was 3 West Center Road at $1,500,000, sold by Christopher and Heidi Fabino to Adams Community Bank on Sept. 1. Center Road saw the most concentrated activity, with three separate deeds recorded there. Eight of the 13 transfers list a bank or credit union as either buyer or seller, and prices for the remaining 10 properties are expected to post to the registry in the coming days.
