West Stockbridge Sales Prices Range From $75,000 To $1.35 Million In August
West Stockbridge recorded 12 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds filings. Sale prices were disclosed in just two of the 12 deeds: a $1,350,000 sale at 5 Silver Mine Lane on July 31, the period's highest recorded price, and a $75,000 sale at 24 West Center Road to Greylock Federal Credit Union on Aug. 17. The median of those two disclosed prices was $712,500. Iron Mine Road and Jada/Jade Spring Lane each saw two transfers. Several deeds reflect transfers within the same family or into a trust. With price data missing from 10 of 12 filings, the dataset does not support a broader read on market tone.
