Only three deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $100,000 to $1,350,000 with a median of $840,000. The period's top recorded sale was 5 Silver Mine Lane at $1,350,000, sold July 31 by trustees Michael Sternschein and Susan J. Frank to Wadie Bahou and Natalia Marchenko. Stockbridge Road was the only street with more than one recorded transaction. With price data available for just a quarter of the period's deeds, and several transfers involving banks or mortgage entities, the dataset offers a limited read on overall market conditions.
