Iron Mine Road and the Jada/Jade Spring Lane address each saw two transfers, and six of the 12 deeds involved a bank or lender as buyer or seller. With two-thirds of transfers lacking a recorded price, the data does not show a clear tilt toward buyers or sellers this period.
