West Stockbridge Records 12 Property Transfers, Most Without Disclosed Prices
West Stockbridge recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $75,000 to $850,000, with a median of $196,000. The period's top transaction was 12 Glendale Rd, which sold for $850,000 on Aug. 24 to Hirschfeld Family LLC from trustees Andrea and Lloyd Tinianow. Iron Mine Road and the Jada/Jade Spring Lane address each saw two transfers, and six of the 12 deeds involved a bank or lender as buyer or seller. With two-thirds of transfers lacking a disclosed price, the data does not show a clear tilt toward buyers or sellers this period.
