WEST STOCKBRIDGE — Vision Committee addresses membership turnover and plans community displays. The committee discussed accommodating member Champika Fernando on a flexible basis following her new job, and identified the need for a new clerk and additional members to strengthen recruitment. Four members attended, along with Select Board Chair Andrew Krouss.

The group selected 11 photographs for a scrim display project, with two scrims already completed, and plans to present the display proposal to the Select Board. The committee also approved a new AI-generated meeting minutes format and discussed relocating Zucchini Fest from downtown to the New Town Hall property, with fireworks and races eliminated due to logistical constraints.
