Rent Control Board delays vote on Mill Pond trailer park rent increase

WEST STOCKBRIDGE — Rent Control Board holds court-ordered hearing on Mill Pond trailer park rent adjustment. The board unanimously approved fair market value of $319,000 and recurring operating expenses of $122,000 but deferred voting on capital improvement credits pending additional documentation from the owner. Town Counsel Tim Zessin will request supporting information from the property owner within one week; the board will meet twice more before presenting its final decision to Western Housing Court on the March 11 court date.
