West Stockbridge Planning Board approves two prior meeting minutes and confirms hybrid Zoom sessions for July and August. Chair Dana Bixby reported that a joint Select Board and Planning Board meeting is being proposed to discuss the Seasonal Communities Grant and a likely vote to hire BRPC as consultant; Bixby will propose directing some grant funding toward zoning changes. The Affordable Housing Trust submitted revisions to Chapter 5 of the Housing Production Plan based on prior board input; the board deferred review to the July 21 meeting.
Jennifer Tabakin reported progress on Subdivision Control Law regulatory updates and master plan edits; the chair proposed a vote on July 21 to schedule a public hearing for the SCL update, possibly on August 18.
