WEST STOCKBRIDGE — Planning Board confirms three summer meetings and charts planner hiring. Chair Dana Bixby reported signing a support letter for Swamp Road water and sidewalk improvements and outlined pending work on short-term rental zoning, affordable housing coordination, and multi-family housing code changes under the Seasonal Communities Act. Bixby and Clerk Ryan Beattie are drafting a job description for a full-time planner.
The board, with five members present, voted 4-0 to adjourn and discussed youth recruitment for the board.
