WEST STOCKBRIDGE — Planning Board adopts exemption finding for consultant hire. The board voted unanimously to adopt a formal finding on June 16 exempting a $10,000 contract with J Tab Consulting LLC from formal quotation requirements under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, based on the consultant's municipal planning experience and reasonable fees. Chairperson Dana Bixby reported that Jennifer Tabakin will work on ongoing Planning Board projects and confirmed future meeting dates for July 7 and July 21, 2026.
