WEST STOCKBRIDGE — Affordable Housing Trust schedules joint meeting to finalize grant scope. The trust agreed that the Select Board should require minimum attendance for all town committees to ensure continuity of business. Chair Christopher Powell is awaiting word on an MHP Technical Assistance Grant request covering mission statement, policies, best practices, and inter-departmental coordination.
Select Board Representative Kathleen Keresey will contact Brett Roberts about deadline feasibility for the Seasonal Communities Grant application, with the Select Board to vote July 6 on whether the Berkshire Regional Planning Committee should handle the work. A joint meeting with the Planning Board, Select Board, and BRPC is scheduled for July 27 to finalize the grant scope.
